    Long story short bought promotion for Xbox live didn’t get it. It didn’t charge my either but now the promotion is gone. I want to buy it but need you guys to help get it on my dashboard(Xbox one) again. Contacted Xbox support and they told me you guys will
    handle it and sent me here

    ok so my problem is that i have had no pending points from
    XBLA rewards for a while and im upset i have a ton of msp that are supost to pend i would like an admin or staff to help with this

    Lots of people have a first name and year of birth on their gamertags. It does cost to change your gamertag, there was a special offer of it being a bit cheaper, not sure if that is over or not now tho.
