    It said"Administrator approval required for installation. Minimum OS required: Windows 10 May 2019 Update."

    The May 2019 update version is 18362.0 but my Windows 10 version is 18363.418 .

    What should I do now?

    (I'm Chinese student so my English is poor forgive me :) )

    Same exact thing is happening to me. microsoft support was literally no help. I am now only getting error message 0x00000001 and I have even gone so far as to reinstall windows. If any working solutions are there for windows 11, I'd love to know. (I upgraded to windows 11 after the issue had already happened in an attempt to fry and fix it)
    I did the same upgrade to windows 11 to see if it fix the problem with no sucess. The only thing that worked for me was the answer SAMQ'Ys "Try an in-place upgrade. This link has instructions for doing this.

    Done. Still having the same issue. I tried creating a local administrator profile. And still didn't work.
