    Deposit not working, getting "Attention Needed" message.

    I have been getting a Attention Needed message and my reward points are not being deposited. I checked my billing information and it looks correct. But my old Canadian address is located on the account after changed my region, not sure if this is related.

    Any help would be great!

    Credits Not depositing said to post here.

    I have 14,247 points and haven't been deposited in the last scheduled points. I had this issue before but it finally got deposited so I thought was fixed.

    I would like to know what the issue is. With the coming changes I would like them deposited as soon as possible.

    Hi Nazuti. Your Rewards locale and your Xbox Live locale does not match and this is causing deposits to fail. Your Rewards locale is US, and your Xbox Live locale is not. To change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale, you'll need to opt
    out of the program, wait 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do so, reach out to us again and we'll recover your pending Credits.

    I've checked my points activity and nothing was deposited except the points that I have purchased, I double checked my preferred email address and that's correct, checked spam/trash folders, and nothing in my WINDOWS LIVE ID inbox..

    Incorrect rewards deposited into account

    $1.15 would be a deposit of 1,015 credits. If that's how many it shows were deposited on the Rewards site, then the deposit was correct.

    That's partially correct, but points are not deposited quarterly.

    It takes up to 96 hours for points to show as pending in your Rewards account. Once pending, rewards are deposited around the 15th of the following month after you have earned at least 100 points.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
    this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
