    Addons are installed but not appearing in game


    I have every campaign, pre order bonus pack, and annual pass installed for destiny 2. I have even completed all of these campaigns and still have the items obtained from them in game. but after switching to Xbox series X, I can no longer access this content. now keep in mind that I have installed everything through family sharing on my old Xbox, and it worked perfectly fine. But switching to the new one and installing everything through family sharing suddenly doesn’t work. There’s no reason it should suddenly stop working because some account based thing possibly failed a check that I bought it. I guess the fact that things are installed doesn’t mean anything when it doesn’t say I own the specific content in the store.

    Shouldn’t installed mean that I can play it?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that to play a DLC or a game we need to own them or if a family member owns the DLC, their account need to be set as Home Xbox on the console that you’re using. The license is on the purchase still.

    Even if we install a game or a DLC if we don’t have license we can’t play it.

    as far as add ons for a game I always hit the back button on the installed games screen and choose manage game. All of the addons should appear there.

    Hi Ricardo, the problem with that is that it never appears as if it is installed, it has the weird stage of installing the addons and not the main game properly, and once that finishes it goes back to being as if I never installed it, so I am unable to uninstall it at any point

    I got the Xbox series s and it comes with the Fortnite and rocket league midnight drive pack, I tried claiming it but it said it was already claimed on my account

    I have tried to go into to fortnite games and Addons page but none of said Addons appear in the page, just the base game.

    I have the same issue. Thing is, for me it appears I have bought ultimate edition but got nothing for it. No gunslinger at start, no armors at all after progressing through game, literally nothing. They are installed (the addons) but they ain't working.
