    I just had an addon for ryse install but I no longer have the game and I cannot delete the addon without the game I guess any suggestions or if you guys can please add a feature to allow acess to all add ons no matter if you still have the disk or not. Thank

    I can't pre Order the destiny addon rise of iron

    Hello,

    I and other destiny Player have the same Problem, we can Not pre Order the New addon,

    we only can purchase the complete collection for 59.99€ and Not the addon for 29,99€, But we have all other addons

    Many from my Clan can make the pre Order and other Dont have the Option pls fix it that we can buy it

    Can't download Oblivion addons

    I recently purchased 3 Oblivion addons from the Xbox marketplace. When I try to download them it says "Can't download Mehrunes Razor, Spell Tomes, and Oblivion theme. I can download other stuff from the marketplace. Just not Oblivion stuff. Ive erased my
    profile. Cleared cache. Checked for corrupt data. Its definitely not a problem on my end.

    Try going to My Games & Apps. Hit the button for More options. Manage Games and Addons and see if your saved data is there. I thought the Xbox would store save data on the cloud

    Any local data stored on your Xbox One should already be backed up on Xbox Live (Cloud Storage) if you delete your local storage or game save in the "Manage game and Addon's" menu your worlds and other things like that will be safe.

    First of all try to turn off and on the Xbox then relaunch the game.

    If it dont work try to erase all the personnal data and cache go manage games and addons then remove your personnal data and then the game and redownload it.

    It would probably work i had same issue last week end .
