addon game download/ promo offer

I am taking this time to write this because I was given this link by one of your regular reps, one that I suspect was possibly new. My issue deals with the promotion offer

that included a download of Alan Wake and its add on content the signal and the writer upon the purchase of quantum break. I received Alan wake on 4/16/16. This after speaking to a couple of your reps. Today I contacted your people because I wanted to know
when more or less can I expect to receive the add on content of that offer. I am still patiently waiting

issues with the addons on fallout 4 GOTY

I had uninstalled fallout 4 because of the issues I was having during game play the addons were on the game before I did this.now that I have reinstalled the game my addons did not download what happen to the addons

 

Add-ons and profiles??

Hey guys

was wondering if i download addons for games, say fifa world cup addon for fifa 12...would i be able to play it on another profile on the same xbox, i know you can with game you have downloaded just wondering if addons worked the same

The Signal & The Writer DLC is now free for all! You can add that content to your account by checking the 'All downloads' section of

Alan Wake's store page. This is not content that was originally sent out, so no codes were missed.
