    Can we get additional payment options in India such UPI (Unified payment Interface) and Paytm, since a lot of people are reluctant to use their credit or debit cards or simply don't have access to them. In my opinion this will make it easier to use services such as game pass and mixer and reduce the amount of friction

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. The only way to buy would be to get the game pass gift card, you would have to find a store in your region that sells the codes to redeem on your Microsoft account. Below is an image of examples of these codes.

    - If you were going to buy online, you would need to find a store that supports your type of payment.

    Hello karthikch, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your payment.

    I see you say international payments are turned on. May I ask which country you physically live in please? Also, have you tried setting up and using a Paypal account?
    he is from india cause i am having same problem in india region and paypal option is not available in india and both my ICICI credit and debit cards payments fro not going through and my international payments are enabled in all cards

    I'm getting try again after sometime message from Microsoft while I'm trying to renew my gamepass ultimate subscription

    There's no other payment method available. Maybe because of my region (India). The only option is to pay via debit/credit cards.
