Additional Network Ports for Multiplayer Gaming: Xbox won't connect to my Xfinity wifi

I am experiencing the same problem with my Xbox one. Network connection works fine with Xbox one games but won't connect with Xbox 360 games. I was having the problem with my 360 before I got the Xbox one. I thought it was a problem with the console/network
adapter but it appears it was not. I'm using Xfinity Comcast ISP and I've tested using both wired and wifi networks. I have a computer networking degree and everything else on my network is working normally. Is this a known issue? I even tried setting up port
forwarding to all the required ports on my router and it didn't make a difference.

Also please make sure you have the correct Protocol for each port!

I keep getting a teredo error message every two games of NBA 2k20 park, so online multiplayer games. I will be in the middle of a game and the connection to xbox live just goes out. I have a roommate that is in the same house and using the same wifi playing
park with me and his connection never has this issue. This error has been happening for about 4 days now.

Yes, I have tried power cycling my xbox one as well as unplugging my Xfinity Gateway and both of these solutions have not solved the issue.

What is the issue? how should I go about this?

I've had this issue myself and as well I'm on Xfinity. However, in my particular situation it wasn't the ISP that was the problem. It was having multiple Xbox Ones on the same network.

The default port used for multiplayer/party chat/etc. is 3074

What I ended up doing was going into the advanced network settings and updating the port I used to one of the alternatives and the issues went away.

I'm connected to xfinity wifi & it's saying that I'm not connected to an network. I play on xfinity all the time. I just was last night but now I can't connect. Also, my controller kept cutting off on me & it wasn't dead.
