have you got your profile on any other form of Xbox I'd you do delete it straight away and then it will stop because no one will be able to sign in on it

have you tried clearing your alternate mac? as this can solve a lot of issues with disconnection. you could also do a factory reset, I know its the last thing anyone wants to hear but if its the last resort it needs to be done.

Ports required to use Xbox Live

These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:

• Port 88 (UDP)
• Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
• Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
• Port 80 (TCP)
• Port 500 (UDP)
• Port 3544 (UDP)
• Port 4500 (UDP)

First, turn off and unplug the console and router/modem for 30 seconds, as that clears cache it may fix this.

If not, can you go to Settings > Network > Test network connection and Test multiplayer connection and see if you have any errors there?

Also try detailed network diagnostics and see if you have packet loss or a bad connection if you're on wifi.
