Try checking the
NAT settings. Some games require open ports on the router for multiplayer communication. The ports should be opened directly from the router, as specified in the

instructions below.

have you tried checking to ensure both Xbox are on Open NAT? Also check individual ports for those particular games as some games require additional ports to play without issues. Hope this helps
