    Packet loss and latency issues

    Hello MrMagik,

    In addition to what was recommended above, you will also find troubleshooting for high packet loss here :

    Multiplayer Connection Error Solution

    Click the link and select "You have high packet loss" to start troubleshooting. There's also another option there for network latency which should be of help as well!

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.

    yes I am having the same problem as slow jocular did all the checks with my internet provider and they said the same thing it’s good on there end this needs to be addressed ASAP I don’t pay Xbox 50 dollars a year and buy your consoles for this crap at all

    yup same issue , just sat on the phone for 45 minutes with my internet provider and it’s fine on there end. This is the third time this year . I’m about to go and buy a PS4 since you guys can’t fix the issue

    Hi there,

    There could be possible wireless interference. Have you tried plugging directly into the router's Ethernet ports?

    I recommend going over this network troubleshooting guide that goes over different solutions for a high packet loss:

    Just select "You have high packet loss" when presented with the different options.

    Let us know the results of that guide.

    Not connected

    your network isn't set up......
