    My Xbox One has been disconnecting from Multiplayer. About Every 30 Minutes my Xbox disconnects from Nat. It happens everyday when i start playing with my friends on xbox. Im Playing my xbox and the in game characters freeze and my nat disconnects. Ive tried
    over everything i don't know what to do at this pont

    have you tried clearing your alternate mac? as this can solve a lot of issues with disconnection. you could also do a factory reset, I know its the last thing anyone wants to hear but if its the last resort it needs to be done.
