During multiplayer matches, if your network configuration is good, sometimes the whole game lobby can lag if one other guy in particular is lagging with high ping/latency. The server must often operate at the speed of the slowest player's ping to ensure
everyone stays synchronized with each others movements and actions.

Download speed could be affected if your
Internet speed is overall too low, there are other people on the same network downloading/streaming content as well, or maybe
your ports aren't completely opened.

I'm sure you have networking issues, internet issues or an Ethernet port issue. It doesn't take that long.

So many of these issues in regards to slow updates are because of your internet/network.

Do you have ports open for XBL? What is your speed?

The network test was good. The multiplayer network test came back with " your download speed is too slow" at 30 Kbps it may be affecting network quality.

You are downloading slow probably because your internet speed is slow. Are you sure nothing else in your network is using the internet strongly and sucking up your bandwidth?
