    hi all

    i have a bthub6 and its enabled for ipv6. ive looked in hub management in advance settings. looked at pinhole set up do ineed to open this for the xbox and if so what protocol settings do i choose. tcp or udp or both of them. or do i just leave this alone
    . my xbox one x is still running on ipv44. will this change resolve this issue. any feed back would be apprieciated

    Hi Big Lad 4 That,

    IPv6 is a standard which has been developed so that port forwarding is no longer required. You do not need to forward any ports to get IPv6 functioning on your home network.

    Strict NAT type, which I think causes a whole bunch of other problems or vice versa. Can't think of any other solutions to fix it

    Cannot see IPv6 IP settings in advanced Network settings.

    This is not a manual function and this is a subject of your ISP. There's absolutely no need to change to IPv6, and it will not solve your NAT issues as that is local.

    you need to open up the Network ports on your router

    The purpose of IPv6 was to add additional IP address addresses to the Internet. Since you already have an IP address you don't need IPv6
