please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Also be sure to run a network test on the console and let us know the results in a Power cycle didn't fix the results

Try a hard reset of the xbox hold the home button for 8 seconds till it completely shuts off and unplug the xbox for 5 minutes then forget your network and try reconnecting
