have you tried checking to ensure both Xbox are on Open NAT? Also check individual ports for those particular games as some games require additional ports to play without issues. Hope this helps

Additional Network Ports for Multiplayer Gaming: Parties and games
I keep getting kicked from my parties and games and it says that my party has encountered an error and that I need to go online, and it says to connect to Xbox live. When I go to my network settings I’m connected to the internet and my gold runs out in 2019.
    What do I do

    Port Forwarding to Xbox Live

Ports required to use Xbox Live

These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:

    • Port 88 (UDP)
    • Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 80 (TCP)
    • Port 500 (UDP)
    • Port 3544 (UDP)
    • Port 4500 (UDP)
Note Some game developers require you to open additional ports. You should always check the game developer's website to see if the game you're playing needs additional ports to work. We've gathered some ports you might need
and have added them to the
Additional Network Ports for Multiplayer Gaming
    forum.

If you're connected to a network through your workplace or school, ask the network administrator to open these ports.

If you receive a NAT warning when you connect to Xbox Live, see the
    Xbox One Multiplayer Game Solution

Trying to Fix Xbox Live Multiplayer settings on Pc

    HI,

Have you tried the following at
    https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/connect-network/network-ports-used-xbox-live

Network ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One

A network port lets your Xbox One console communicate with the Xbox Live servers and other Xbox One consoles over the internet.
To let your Xbox One console communicate with Xbox Live, you might need to open or forward ports, which means you'll be making a configuration change to your firewall or network hardware, such as a router. Port forwarding for Xbox One is done on
your router or other network hardware, not on the Xbox console itself.

These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:

    • Port 88 (UDP)
    • Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 80 (TCP)
    • Port 500 (UDP)
    • Port 3544 (UDP)
    • Port 4500 (UDP)

Note Some game developers require you to open additional ports. You should always check the game developer's website to see if the game you're playing needs additional ports to work.

You can also find information about opening ports on your router at the
Port Forward website. This website lists commonly used ports for various apps and games, but if your router isn't listed or you need more help, contact your internet service provider
    or router manufacturer.

If you're connected to a network through your workplace or school, ask the network administrator to open these ports.

If you receive a NAT warning when you connect to Xbox Live, see the
    Xbox One Multiplayer Game Solution
    .

    Xbox Party Chat Disconnecting/Reconnecting Randomly

    Hi there Whata,

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with party chats on Xbox. I recommend to have everyone check their Xbox Live ports on the Network Hardware. Try this article: Network
ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One
. Some game developers require you to open additional ports. You should always check the game developer's website to see if the game you're playing needs additional ports to work.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Disconnected constantly from games, but remain connected to Xbox Live

Have you done port fort forwarding on your router?

How to set up port forwarding

To get information about how to configure your compatible network hardware, go to the Networking
    Hardware Information forums
. Here you'll find information about your specific router, modem, or gateway, and how to connect it to your Xbox One console.
