Perform a network test from your xbox console. If you get IPV4 that means strict NAT and you need to upgrade to IPV6.

Not all IPv4 connections are strict and even if the NAT type is strict it can be opened. - There is no need to upgrade to IPv6

I will take off the DMZ and upnp features and do a hard reset and see what that does for me. D-Link was removed, not applicable to my situation right now. I have checked my router and i see nothing about IPv6 features, only two IPv4, and they are both enabled.

Just did a hard reset and it still shows my NAT type is strict in network test, and when i do a multiplayer test, it fails, "unable to finish multiplayer tests", and it still says Your Network is behind a port symmetric NAT.

In your situation it looks like the NAT problem. There is 3 different type NAT. Strict, Modern and open. Check your NAT type. And if you have STRICT or moderate type NAT then there may be some problems with seeing your friend and invite him to game.
