Sounds like whatever it is the NAT is probably set to strict for each machine. Might want to look at the NAT settings or the Port Forwarding settings on the new router.

I’ve actually been having a similar issue, although I do have more devices connected. I’m gonna run through the troubleshooting guide and maybe try some ideas of my own and I’ll see what I get. I reset the UPnP once and it worked fine for a week but then
I just ran into the same wall but with limited devices it may be your best shot. Just follow the NAT issue tutorial on Microsoft’s website and it’ll walk you through it thoroughly. Hope one of us finds a solution.
