    Sorry if I'm not in the right place to ask my question but I'm Belgian and don't speak English (I use a translator)

    I bought and used a pre-paid card of 59.99 euros for the renewal of my x live box

    But microsoft debited 6.99 euros more from my account

    Why this flow?

    At the same time, could you give me an email address where I can contact Microsoft support ?

    You'll want to check http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows a separate transaction or if it was part of the gold transaction. It could be taxes.

    There is no email for support. You should be able to contact them through http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
