Thank you for reaching out. I understand you are able to see your friends on the Xbox App but once you try the Xbox itself, no friends show up. Just as our ambassador Njal suggested, try

removing your profile from the console and then add it back. You might also want to make sure this isn't network related by

running a connection test on your Xbox.

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection.
