Adding vbucks to account, not working

Hello,

I'm trying to add vbucks to my child's fortnite. We have it controlled by the Xbox family app. I've added funds to his Microsoft account, but when we go to the game and add vbucks it says it needs my approval. He send the message, I get it. But then it keeps saying to add funds to his account despite there being enough in the account to purchase. It doesn't let me approve the purchase. It just goes in this never ending loop to add more funds. I'm not sure what to do

To address the immediate issue, please, temporarily turn off the Ask to Buy option and ask your child to attempt the purchase again.

Sign in to your Family page with an adult Microsoft account.

Find the child's name and select More options > Spending.

Under the Ask to Buy section, switch Needs organizer approval to buy things to Off.

You can switch it back on right after.

Hi there! I would suggest logging in and trying to use your balance in the Microsoft store

Here to purchase the vbucks. Just make sure you are signed in to the account you want to use the vbucks on and the vbucks will be added to that Microsoft account.

vbucks are added to the account that purchased them via xbox, this will sync to your epic account once you load fortnite up on console.

unfortunately you cant, get ur dad to add you on fortnite and he can gift you stuff using the vbucks
