    They need to activate crossplay.

    Crossplay needs to be on so you can play with other user on different console.

    They will need to have a Microsoft/Xbox account linked to their PS account to be able to play crossplay. Once they have the 2 accounts linked then you invite them om the Microsoft/Xbox account.

    You will have to be both on the same update version of the game. Currently it is 1.16.
