    Adding Pre-Paid Gamestop Card


    I recently bought a 12-month membership from Gamestop. Went home, tried to redeem it via Xbox one, got an error code after multiple attempts.

    Even tried it through the computer.

    I am redeeming the code through Xbox.com

    After I enter the code in I get:

    "Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold
    Prepaid code

    Subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement and xbox.com/usagerules. There are no refunds."
    Then I click confirm and I get:
    "Something went wrong

    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate."

    you must have a real credit card not prepaid visas i suggest you go to gamestop and buy ms points with the pre paid card that always works

    I don't want to ad a card i want to use pre paid codes, but you can't add a code until you have added a card... this makes zero sense to me.
