I have tried for a few hours to add a new payment method to me Microsoft account but I keep getting the error message "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." I know that the information is correct because I updated my PlayStation account and it worked first try. I'm at about 50 tries here. I do not know what to do to fix this.

    :)

Hi there. My name is Ron, I'm an independent advisor. I will be more than happy to help you.

Please log in to your account at this link, https://account.microsoft.com.

Go to Payment & Billing > Address book. Please make sure the billing address you have there is the same information you have with your payment method.

Try adding the payment method again after updating the billing address and see if it works.

If that doesn't work, try to link your payment method with a Paypal account then try adding the Paypal account instead and see if it works.

Since Latvia is not supported by Live, your account region is most likely set for a different region. Since the credit card wouldn't match that region, that could be a possible reason.
