    Adding my profile to the list of Microsoft Bingo errors


    When trying to connect to Microsoft Bingo on my Win 8.1 laptop I have gotten server maintenance notices.

    When trying to connect on my Win 10 phone, I get connection errors.

    When trying to download it to my Win 8 phone, I get error messages.

    This issue with the game is across platforms and clearly by the quantity of people posting, it's not just me, so please add my name to the list.

    MICROSOFT BINGO, ERRORS, ERRORS, ERRORS!!!

    PLEASE!!! Fix this game, it's been giving errors for the past month. Trying to connect, it tells you try again later or contact Support,and the error is Watch Ad for daily bonus, not working, not connecting. This is the only game that has so many problems.
    Come on!

    PLEASE FIX, ASAP. It's been to long that we can't play Microsoft Bingo

    This was a known issue, but was addressed as of 3 hours ago. Sorry this was an problem for so long! It should be working okay now.

    xbox game pass for pc causing BSOD

    I used this method to find the file throwing the error.
    The file was "sophosfilescanner.exe"

    This is Sophos Home my malware protection software. I added the "D:\XboxGames\" folder to the list of files/folders to exclude from checking.

    Bingo. My newly downloaded xboxpass games are now launching.

    In the Xbox App on your notebook, can you go to the Settings page, and then Network tab at the top and see if there are any errors listed there? Problems that might cause this issue?

    I would also ask that you see if you can play other Xbox Live enabled games, such as any of the Microsoft Casual Games like Microsoft Bingo, or Microsoft Mahjong, or Microsoft Solitaire Collection which are free, and it can let us know if it's an app issue
    or profile issue that we need to troubleshoot.

    Adding Friends to Microsoft Bingo

    I have found through the Xbox app for my android phone I have been able to add friends to my ingame friends list. also I have realized that to have friends that are on my Xbox friends list they have to be added to my Xbox 360 friends list to appear as friends
    in my games. I do not understand why I cannot just add friends in game through the Windows 10 game screen.
