    Adding my brothers account


    hi guys, I'm trying to add my brothers Xbox account onto my Xbox one. But when I go to add new , then I put his email address and enter. It then asks for a name and then a second name as if I'm creating a new account. My brother said I should click on which
    account but that just gives instruction and can only go back from that. Any help appreciated. Thanks

    I tried adding my brothers account to our family plan and when i put his information in it says he cant sign in the that windows live id but all the information is correct?

    It's probably just because the email you entered when trying to recover the account wasn't the one associated with his old account. Same thing happened to me a while back. Just try re-adding the account to the console using the correct info and you should
    be good to go!

    Hi thank you for the reply. Unfortunately this hasn't worked, I removed and re-added both my account and my brothers account and made sure that the xbox was still set as my home xbox but we are still unable to play online using my brothers account.
