    Adding Credit Card on live but no Canada selection?


    Hi, I am trying to input my credit card information onto my xbox one live account.. I enter everything correctly up to my street address and then it says "which state/province" but there is no Canada selection. I live in Ontario, Canada. All the selection
    has is all the American States.

    Any ideas?

    No. You can only pay for a balance by either adding a new credit card or adding funds to the card you have on file.

    If there is an issue with your credit card then you would need to call phone support for your region. They would be able to help you figure out why the system is not accepting your credit card. It is possible that your credit institution is blocking
    the charge.
