Adding back Xbox permissions to Outlook

I removed the Xbox from the '' apps and services you allow '' section in my outlook account linked to my Xbox account. I want to add it again.

To the old account I added a new outlook name and it worked.

Right now you can only create a Outlook email address on the alias page. Hotmail cannot be added at this moment (not sure if this applies to all countries). And also, any Outlook, Live or Hotmail email address that already exists cannot be added too since it is already associated with another Microsoft account.

How about adding a new outlook alias and then making the new one primary just so you can enter design labs for now then switch it back when you're done? Here's the link on how to.
