adding a new credit card

i have added a new credit card and trying to delete my old card and trying to transfer the subscription to the new card. everytime when i try this, i'm getting this message......We couldn't remove your payment method.Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit can help.

There are several reasons why you are getting that;

- The subscription is still active

- Recurring billing is turned on

- The subscription is past due and not cancelled.

Kindly turn off recurring billing and cancel the subscription, afterwards you can try to remove the card again.

No. You can only pay for a balance by either adding a new credit card or adding funds to the card you have on file.

had the same issue - account suspended because of old credit card

I added the new credit card but could not transfer the subscription to the new card.

Eventually called support - they managed to remove the old card and reinstated my account
