Adding a alias

Unfortunately there is no way that you can add the Hotmail email back to the MS account. Once you removed it from the account since Hotmail is a MS product it attaches it to the account that it is originally setup with once removed it is actually not able
to be added to another MS account. Including adding it back to the account that it was originally setup on.

Unfortunately there is no one that can do that for you either.

You're thinking of alias as a way to link your different Microsoft accounts together...it's not that. Creating a new alias means you're signing up for a new (not taken) email address, but the email to/from this new address will use existing inbox.

If you want to add your 2nd Microsoft account's email address as alias to this one, first you'll have to remove that email address from that account (i.e. sign up for an alias on that account, make the new alias primary, delete the email address you want
to move, wait for 30 days for that email address to be available to the world, then add it to your current Microsoft account as new alias).

Your email address is most likely attached to another account or is already a Live ID. If you are able to log in to live services with the email address that you are trying to use, then, unfortunately, you won't be able to use that email address as an alias
as its already attached to the account.

For Microsoft related emails like Hotmail, outlook, once they are in any way attempt to be logged in with the XBOX console or server or be attach to another xbox account, it will have the system directly note that it has an existing gamertag linked to it.
You may need to create a new one or the one from a third party like gmail or yahoo. You can also contact chat support to verify if you can pull up an account by searching using the outlook email you have
