    Using my android phone through the Xbox family app I went to my child's account so that I can fund their account with $10 so he can buy minecoins thru his mincraft app on his android tablet. It showed the $10 balance and I saw the transaction go thru in my app settings. After a few minutes the account balance went back to zero. He didnt not purchase anything yet. In fact when i go into minecraft on his tablet it keeps giving us the error that minecraft has no internet connection so we cant purchase minecoins. He has internet connection and I've even checked the settings => General settings to validate the internet settings are ON via Wifi. I'm running the latest version of Minecraft v1.21.61 on android tablet. How can I allow him to purchase minecoins? All the setttings appear to be set up correctly on our family account.

    I have the same issue. Added $25 to my son's Microsoft Account so he could buy things in Forza Horizon 5. The transaction went through according to my credit card and I see his balance is $25 in the Xbox Family app and on his Microsoft Account page on the PC. BUT when he goes to purchase a car pack in the game on his Xbox console it says he has no money.

    I am seeing people say that the funds showed up 24 hours later. This would make sense for scammer prevention, but if this waiting period is on purpose LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT. I'll wait until tomorrow morning and hopefully the funds appear.

    Not knowing exactly how you have things set up I'll assume your childs account is under parental controls. As such you may need to approve any purchases on the child account using the parental account if you have Ask a parent enabled on the Xbox.

    I'd double check you're signed into the parent account when attempting to add money to the child account, as for the error you're seeing it could be a number of things.

    If you still have problems please post the error message or code you're seeing and without a doubt someone can help further.
