    Hi I was just attempting to add my son's new game add on for Fortnite and I have added it to the wrong email address. Is there anyway I can reverse this? We worked out how to do it via his XBox however its too late as the code has been redeemed on my email
    address not the one used for his XBox account.

    Nope I tried again tonight, It's still the same. Still waiting for an email back off Game.

    Funny though, the 12 month code said there was an error / something went wrong but it still added the 12 months when i checked my account. The £5 code i've tried a few times ~ ''Something Went Wrong'' but it hasn't added the £5 credit !!!

    unfortunately you cant, get ur dad to add you on fortnite and he can gift you stuff using the vbucks

    Surly there must be some form of refund policy available.. I paid money from my account into an account that I can't use properly.. I tried to order a gift card from that account but you can't use existing funds..! I tried to buy and gift v bucks and other credits for games he would use. But again can't use existing credit... We have game pass so won't be spending any extra on games .. if I close that account where do the funds go.. some one has to be able to help...
