We understand that there are charges that have been applying to the account even though as you have mentioned the automatic renewal has been turned off.

In order to recover money used for these charges, it would be best to attempt going through our
refund request webform to request a refund for these items.

You can attempt this as many times as wanted, so go ahead and give it a try for us.
