Add skin textures on Skyrim

I just got some skins for Skyrim and I followed the instructions it came with

common\skyrim\Data

Now I put it in the data folder on the mods folder and it won't work, what did I do wrong?

I have already installed the add-ons but I can't access the texture packs on the game and the skin add-ons are the same too

i think that there will be a skin editor in the game or a way to choose a skin from the internet then send it to your gamertag maybe there will be free add-on packs that will give texture packs and skins then you can select them from the main menu

I havnt played minecraft in awhile but, I do believe you may have to go to the in-game store for the skins and etc that comes with the master edition. I do believe your trying to look for "add-ons" like the Xbox One Version had for skins and textures. (The
new one uses a in-game store for textures, maps, & skins) Hope this helps.
