“Add Profile Address” not working for purchases

Fror us to start, please ensure that your account information is up to date and accurate. You can check this by signing-in to your Microsoft account and going to the "Account Info" section. There, you can update your personal information, including your address.

Try to update your accounts payment method. Make sure that all information matches with your payment method.



If your account information is correct and everything matches, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies. This can often resolve issues with the Microsoft Store. You can do this by going to your browser settings and selecting "Clear browsing data."



Microsoft Edge:

1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser.

2. Select "Settings" and then "Privacy, search, and services".

3. Under "Clear browsing data", click "Choose what to clear".

4. Check the box next to "Cached images and files".

5. Click "Clear now".

Add the address here first please

This address will appear during the process of the service order, if this doesn't work try a different account, remember that you can only use the warranty in the region of purchase so if the address doesn't appear means you are using an address from a different region than the one the console was purchased

Contact the xbox support. Or try and make sure your address information is the same like the one you used to purchase the xbox game. then it'll work once you add the right address in your account settings

Hello JasonClaassen, Xbox servers are under maintenance, with an indication for "Account and Profile and also Store and Subscriptions, so you can't update your address and make purchases.

Ideally, wait for them to return to normality and then follow the procedures below.

Click the link above, sign in with your account, and then go to Address Book in the Payment & Billing tab.

In the address options, add the address and then mark it as the primary address and make sure it works.
