Thanks for updating us with your reply. I looked into the Just Dance 2019 Unlimited streaming subscription and it appears to be that its for the Xbox One version alone and not for the Xbox 360 version. As this is the case, you may wish to request a refund
as Erick C has recommended.

Sorry to hear you're having troubles with the Store Purchases.

Normally the Games/APP's should auto-download, but you can maybe double check your settings to make sure the remote install option is enabled, and that your Xbox is set up to auto-download updates and games.

These settings are done under the Xbox Settings.
