    Add custom gamer picture to Xbox app


    My name is Sebastian and my gamer tag is Frost Soda I am really disappointed right now about the new Xbox app and was wondering if I can get the old Xbox app back some how because since the new Xbox app has been out I am not allowed to change my profile picture on Xbox to anything I want and even if I do upload a picture on Xbox it has to be 1080px by 1080px which I hate a lot to be honest because I can’t select the profile picture I want Add custom gamer picture to Xbox app :(

    Hi there! This is Ronnie, an independent advisor.

    Nice to meet you and I hope you are having a great day!

    I understand you need help in changing your gamer picture from your PC.

    You can actually do this using the Xbox companion app, if you do not have the app yet on your PC, please download this app from the Microsoft store.

    Once you open the app, sign in to your account.

    Once signed in, Click on your current profile image on the left side of the app.

    Click Customize on the next page.

    Click on the big circle where the picture should set to customize your gamer picture.

    Then click on choose a custom picture. You should be able to select the image you want to add to your gamer picture.

    Hello!

    From the Windows 10 app, click on your gamer pic, then customize, then hover over your current picture. The picture will dim with a customize button appearing, click on that, and It will prompt to choose a gamer pic or select a custom picture.

    How do you get custom gamerpic?

    Hey thanks for asking us for this. In order to do a custom gamer pic you will have to download the Xbox Live app to phone. Sign in on the app then click on the three lines on the top left corner, click on your profile, hit customize. Change gamer pic then
    choose custom picture. Then your done. Hope this was helpful.
