    Hello, can I know if one
    guide will be available one day with Orange
    in Martinique, Guadeloupe (french islands)?

    Yet this is no different from Orange France
    is the number of channels
    is different. But during configuration
    One guide postcodes Caribbean
    is not recognized. What a pity that
    I was counting on the xbox one
    to use only one remote control.

    Hello i m french so sorry for my english! I have a problem with one guide and orange a application of french tv and other appli of french tv who are no detected by one guide! And i can t open edge and and an other application of tv..only one guide who no
    detected the application of tv..i sad if i can t use internet and tv on 1 screen..before the update was ok..please help me!thanks and good bye!

    Did you add your receiver to the list of Devices under TV & One Guide?, and add turn on Surround Sound under Troubleshooting?

    Problems with Hauppauge TV tuner (US): No Channels & TV not detecting HDMI connection, after powering on XB1

    I should also add for clarity, that if I connect to the internet and force close One Guide, and then reopen, OTA TV works fine. Just force closing One Guide without internet access has no effect.

    Also, on the second issue with the TV seeing the XB1 over HDMI, if I restart the TV it will start working fine. It seems like a HDCP handshake issue to me. Again, this never occurred when I was using the pass through TV.
