    there was a way to do this but it got removed i have a big audience who relies on this content from me and without a way to upload custom clips my audience will start to dissipate.

    There isn't a official date as the covid-19 is not allowing workers to go in and do all of the jobs that are needed so they have decided to cut back on some features.
