    Add a device


    After having purchased FS2020 premiere Deluxe version and trying to install it on my desktop pc, the system cannot find any device to install it. I puchased it (online licence) from a realible store in The Netherlands..BOL.COM

    After having read a lot of posts I still cannot add a device. Windows 10(64bit) latest updates and all the requirements ok.

    I have 2 Microsoft accounts. The one I have used to buy the software works fine (in my opinion). I have tried to follow steps offered by Microsoft helppages, but still no luck.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    OK, thanks. Because once the serial number valid, I had device add but nothing in the end. This is especially for tracking and warranty.

    The only devices I have ever seen associated with my account are PC, laptop, Xbox One, mobile phone and tablet. These are all devices that can login to your Microsoft account. A controller doesn't have that ability, so wouldn't show in devices connected
    to account.

    It will be registered to your account for such purposes. As stated the fact that it isn't a device that can interact with yiur account, it won't show in the list.

    Hello welcome to the forums!

    When you say you try to add a device, you want to add a controller? a keyboard?

    Where did you get the code? you can redeem on the microsoft store. The game its from the same region where do you live?
