"Add a device" does NOT accept my Xbox to my account

The only devices I have ever seen associated with my account are PC, laptop, Xbox One, mobile phone and tablet. These are all devices that can login to your Microsoft account. A controller doesn't have that ability, so wouldn't show in devices connected
to account.

Thanks for the replies! I called Xbox support. Since the device was removed from my account, they are unable to re-add it or provide me the serial number.

Yes i was able to sign in to my account but my pc was not on the devices my friend who has a microsoft account has his pc on the devices.

If you have signed into the child's Xbox with your own account and not locked access with a pass-code, then you have inadvertently given them access to certain parts of your account. You will either need to access the device and remove your account, add
a pass-code or remove the Xbox from your trusted devices list on your account.

i already did this before i first seen the devices but my serial number wasn't not recognize it will only recognize Surface , Xbox or Accessory from microsoft

Im gonna tried create new account if my pc will be recognize in the devices if not it may be base on the sync i saw from the devices where u reset sync i think.
