Adaptive Controller input??

Hello,

So I've been pondering getting the adaptive controller being I have only function of one arm (of my right) and before I buy the Series X I want to ensure I'll be able to play fairly easily.

So I'm looking for direction on where I'd get these pieces as well as any feedback if you have any.

So essentially I'll have function of all right sided buttons on my regular controller.

So far I'm thinking I'll use the adaptive controller main piece using my feet for what my understanding are the big circle buttons and having my left analog stick be used by an adaptive analog stick operated by my unaffected foot, It making the left analog stick controls.

I'm fairly ignorant to Microsoft's Accessibility at this point so if anyone has better ideas please feel free to share.

Well, it's pretty hard to recommend you specific accessories or give you an specific set up due to you know that everyone plays in a different way

I can recommend you try looking the accessories compatibles with the Xbox adaptive controller :

I think you're going to get a better idea about what you want or in which accessories is going to fit better with you

You can purchase a large assortment of adaptive buttons here, any sort of assistive device that uses a 3.5 mm jack may potentially be used with the adaptive controller

Sounds like you have a good place to start, but all of this is very much individual and trial and error. You’re going to adjust your set up for different games for sure. I got my partner playing Forza with one hand only, but that’s not possible with every game for sure.

Does your control have the p2 input or do you use the adapter?

I just experienced the exact same thing. The adapter input is acting like it doesn't fit properly with my controller. I had to force the thing together but the adapter input part broke!!! Hope I can get a replacement
