Discus and support Ad loading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; The ad will load and run. When it stops the screen is white and will not run the games.     The ad will load and run. When it stops the screen is white and will not run the games. Only why out is close the whole application and sign back in. I have repeated this up to 5 times before it will load the game.

    It is very annoying when trying to play in the events.

    Compliments, it is a lot better

    Today the ad loading works a lot better. Not perfect though, but after loading one ad I can play several Jigsaws. Good news, and I hope you will continue fixing it once and for all!

    new dungeon hunter ad won't close

    There is a new dungeon hunter ad today. The ad runs and then a loading screen appears and the daily game never loads.

    Having the same problem. I can not use the program at all. Everytime an ad loads there is a white screen and nothing happends. Please let me know if you find a solution.

    Rolling ads window affects game play.

    The game loads slowly. The individual games load slowly. The ads load slowly. And while the ads are loading everything stops...except the clock! Just about ready to uninstall this piece-of-crap game. Maybe tomorrow...

    Intel dashboard ad not loading?

    I am using a wireless connection, no error things. The ad just loaded up yesterday. However, I am also having trouble loading the wreck it ralph and man with the iron fist ads (none loaded yet). It might help to know that a sibling lets me use their accounts
    to access ads, I get on ad, I log off account, log on my account, view ad. These ads are mostly the ones with free props
