We understand that your Xbox profile status is showing up as offline to others. I'll be happy to assist you with this issue.



Firstly, please ensure that your Xbox console is connected to the internet and that your Xbox Live Gold subscription is active. If your console is not connected to the internet, your profile status will show as offline to others.



If your console is connected to the internet and your Xbox Live Gold subscription is active, please try the following steps:



1. Sign in to your Xbox profile on your console.

2. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

3. Navigate to the "System" tab and select "Settings".

4. Select "General" and then "Online safety & family".

5. Select "Privacy & online safety".

6. Under "Xbox Live privacy", select "View details & customize".

7. Ensure that the "Others can see if you're online" option is set to "Allow".

Make sure your Xbox console was not set to Go Offline status. To check it, follow the steps:

1. Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.
2. Select Settings > General > Network settings.
3. Select Go Online.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please try signing out of your Xbox profile. Then clear network cache on your console. To do this, follow the steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
2. Go to Xbox Settings
3. Select General
4. Select Network settings
5, Select Advanced settings
6. Select Alternate Mac Address
7. Select Clear
8. Restart console
9. After the steps re-add your Xbox profile again.

Hello! I deleted every single device that I don't use anymore and every pc that was connected to my account and it still didn't resolve my problem sadly any other way to maybe resolve it?
