    Activity for child accounts not reliable at all


    I've come to realize that the activity for my children's accounts is completely unreliable. My son was on his Xbox for several hours yesterday evening, but the screentime graph under the Activities section shows zero. Then, this
    morning around 7:30am, I logged in, and it showed that he'd been online today for over six hours! And my daughter was on her Windows 10 laptop for a couple hours last night doing homework, and her activity feed shows zero time as well.

    Why is this? How can I fix this so I can accurately see how long my kids are online?

    how did u delete it? off the xbox console or did you closed the account at account.live.com? If u delete the profile off the xbox console it is still there and active. If you closed the account at account.live.com u deactivated the account which then u will
    have to call xbox support to get activate again or change the parent account for the child. And if you don't remember what email is tied to it Xbox Support can verify it through the child account and all u have to do is recover it and reset the password
