    Hello xbox, i have a really big probleme and so as activision wont help me i maybe can find help here, i got permently banned for software, wich is not even true because its not possible to use software on xbox x/s i only play console lobbys and got crossolay off most of the time, so i spended more than €800 on their game for skins and more and i have never cheated before but they wont listn to me or even read my story its actually stealing because i spended the €800 and al what i get is a perm ban that wasnt meant for me i think because i dont cheat

    Activision runs their own band system and Xbox support has no way to change any outcomes that they determine. You'll have to go back to them

    Cheating devices and modded controllerswould count likely under software

    DMZ and plunder squads is free to play, the rest of the game is not and therefore you need a sub on console either ps or xbox to play online on the main part of the multiplayer not the free to play parts.
