    In Call of Duty, progress is stored in your Activision/Call of Duty account, not the platform account. This means that your progress stays with you no matter what platform you play, as long as the platforms are connected to the same Activision/Call of Duty account.

    Are you using the same Activision/Call of Duty account?

    You need to contact call of duty support, as they are responsible for the performance, and support of their own game

    Microsoft does not own Activision, and even id they did dedicated support would likely remain

    Call of Duty uses your Acivision ID and not your gamertag. You can change it with the link below. Click on Profile, go-to Basic Info, and click Edit next to Acivision ID. You can change it twice, then once every 6 months for free.
