Activision email verification

Hi there,

I’ve recently bought a pc and want to transfer my Xbox live account over to Battle.net. I play call of duty so I’ve tried to link my activision account which has my Xbox saved game data on but it said I cannot link because another activision account is already linked. So I sign in to the activision account so I can unlink the Battle.net but it says account not verified , send verification email. After clicking send, I don’t receive any email from activision. Does anybody know how I can fix this problem and transfer the right activision Id to my pc

You need to go to the Battle.net support channel and ask them to manage this link between your accounts.

Microsoft unfortunately does not have access to the company's link system

Account linking, and all your issues are on their servers. They are the only ones who can unlink you

Hey Priestly1, I am having the same issue. Did you ever resolve this if so please tell me. I am not getting verification emails from activision either and want to now how you resolved this?

be warned, unlinking a cod account will mean losing access to already earnt progress, also it can only be linked once per 12 month period.

Sorry to hear you are having issues getting in touch with Activision Support. Have you tried using https://support.activision.com/options to see if there are other options you can use other than email?
