    Hi, as I've already said in another question, I have a serious account problem and it seems that the only ones who could help me are people from Activision, but I found 0 ways to contact them, no chats, no phone numbers, nothing. There is no way that such a big company doesn't have ways to contact them for support.

    Keep in mind it affects the number of matches he can get since not everyone has cross play disabled ANd since others would be looking for cross play you wouldn't be matched upto them

    Why? You would have to contact Activision with the current legal situation ms is facing with EU over the purchase ms can't boss Activision around with the ongoing investigation

    However you do have the ability on your xbox to disable cross play

    • Start your Xbox
    • Proceed to console settings
    • Go to Xbox privacy found in account, privacy & online safety
    • Click View details & customise
    • Select Communication & multiplayer
    • Switch You can join cross-network play to Block
    • Restart your Xbox
    Keep in mind it comes with consequences

    Like less matches due to the smaller player base of xbox vs pc or ps
