Activision Blizzard Xcloud!!!!!

It's actually, Activision/Blizzard you are talking about too... Activision, is a subsidiary of Activision/Blizzard & Vivendi's 61% share in Activision/Blizzard, is approximately; $8,068,470,000 @ end of 2011 financial year & that is if they're selling all
that 61% share too..

So after a lot of contacts with higher ups in Activision and Blizzard finally the first replies came from Activision and Blizzard on my COD:MW ban for no reason.

Activision says we have no Ban on my game account and contact Blizzard for application unban.

After checking your account using the information you provided, you don't have any active enforcement on Activision.
For this one, you need to communicate with Blizzard support as to why there is a ban on your Battlenet account.

If you still have another console such as PS or Xbox, you can try to log in to it.

If you have other concerns aside from this, please let us know.

For CoD bans you will need to contact Activision Support here: https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal

Sadly we cannot review or remove CoD Account bans here at Blizzard Support.

I know Activision have said it's a "Blizzard" ban but it's not, the ban is on the CoD Account here itself and is not the result of a payment or any other issue on our side, it's been placed by Activision/Developer.

I have been looted by Activision/Blizzard.

The purchase hasn't actually happened yet. So far all that has happened is that the boards of both companies have agreed to the sale. If it goes through smoothly, Microsoft will not be in charge of anything until the deal is completed sometime in 2023 from what I have heard. You still have some waiting to do.

As above, the deal needs to be finalised and it is hoped it will be completed sometime next year. from the press release:

"The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and completion of regulatory review and Activision Blizzard’s shareholder approval. The deal is expected to close in fiscal year 2023"
